Our Time Off in Lieu feature has arrived in beta!

If your business has a Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) policy, then you can benefit from having extra staffing when you need it, and your staff can benefit from having a more flexible schedule.

It's essential to have tools that provide clear visibility into the accrual and usage of TOIL. With these tools, you and your team can enjoy a flexible but structured work arrangement, while keeping all the necessary information in one place.

We're excited to introduce a highly-anticipated and frequently requested feature that is now in beta in RotaCloud: the ability to manage your employees' accrued TOIL balances separately from their holiday allowances. TOIL Leave can now be added by Admins and Managers or requested by employees, and everyone will have access to a TOIL summary to easily track their own TOIL balances.

We're thrilled to announce that Time Off in Lieu is now available on both the web and mobile versions of RotaCloud in beta as of today. You can enable this feature in your account's Settings page. For more information on how TOIL works in RotaCloud, please refer to our Help Articles here.
