Your revamped dashboard is waiting for you!

Hi there,

We’ve been hard at work giving our RotaCloud’s Dashboard page a mighty overhaul.

No longer just a different view of your shifts, our brand new dashboard is designed to condense your important daily information to give you a straightforward summary. You can also now perform actions directly from your dashboard providing more of what you need all in one place.

What’s new

Available for admin and manager level users, your new dashboard offers:

• A simplified roundup of important information for the day eliminating the need for various pages and reports.
• Information on how many employees have holiday and other leave types booked to help plan your day ahead.
• Flexible functionality with the ability to add shifts and new employees.

Why we built it

Your new-look dashboard is made with efficiency in mind. Our goal is to provide an at-a-glance overview of your essential daily events helping you prepare for the day ahead. We wanted to build a dynamic tool that adds value to your account and allows you to interact and make important changes.

How it works

Head over to your Dashboard tab to instantly see the new look. View who has holiday, sickness, TOIL and additional leave types and a neat round-up of employees on shift and late. Clicking the plus icons allow you to easily add leave or shifts

A few quick notes

• We’ve not removed your previous dashboard - this has been renamed to ‘Calendar’ and can be found by clicking ‘View calendar’ on the banner on your new dashboard page.
• This is being released to all our customers in phases. If you don’t yet have access to this feature, you should in the coming weeks.
• Your new dashboard can be accessed by all admin and manager users - what information your managers see is dependent on their permissions and the locations they manage.
